- This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Business Marketing team in the highly important role of Data and Connectivity Senior Specialist.
Duties
- Develop the annual propositions roadmap of Data and Connectivity solutions in both Business segment and achieve financial and customer satisfaction targets across both acquisition and retention.
- Identify and develop Data & Connectivity products (including pricing mechanisms) that best fit with company’s objectives for obtaining competitive advantage in the market.
- Responsible for the process of planning/budgeting (P&L, and marketing assumptions) for each proposition on mass market and ad-hoc solutions.
- Be updated regularly to technologies and telecoms industry in general evolvements, aiming to secure “first in market” advantage for the company, since in planning phase.
- Ensure regular updates and timely delivery of the propositions roadmap throughout functions & business channels,
- Be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation as well as the final quality of the provided propositions.
- Perform market research and identify advanced products/solutions for the development of the Data Strategy of the company.
- Follow up the Data Services performance through their lifecycle making sure that the quality & performance KPIs are on track,
- Explore and research various characteristics of our products (design, physical/technical characteristics) to assure excellence in quality
- Initiate the undertaking of corrective actions when Data Services performance does not meet objectives, ensuring that impact on business is measurable.
- Provide targets by propositions at budget level, continuously monitor performance against these targets throughout the year and make any necessary target adaptations -in cooperation with projects’ stakeholders- to make them aggressive and realistic.
- Provide information, training and guidance to Corporate Sales for Data Services solutions and offers.
- Act as a coordination hub between Corporate Sales and Technology teams for all the Data and Connectivity solutions and proposals
- Investigate and propose the whole Data and Connectivity strategy for the company in business segments by introducing new revenue streams as well as be in line with technological developments on the terminals industry
Skills
- English Fluent
- Maximum Proficiency in Microsoft Package with special focus on Excel/PowerPoint/Word and Visio
- "Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience in matrix management & cross functional interaction"
- Excellent analytical skills
- Work overtime when necessary
Experience
- 1 year of experience in VAS commercial and/or technical experience, specifically in propositions development in telecommunications industry
Education
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or similar
