[FONT=&quot]Job purpose[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Develop commercial activities for the Retail Segment (Individuals, Professionals and SBEs) in the respective operating environment and ensure[/FONT][FONT=&quot] branch[/FONT][FONT=&quot] target [/FONT][FONT=&quot]fulfillment[/FONT][FONT=&quot] within the approved budget [/FONT][FONT=&quot]by [/FONT][FONT=&quot]closely [/FONT][FONT=&quot]monitoring, evaluating the branches results based in internal and[/FONT][FONT=&quot] external regulatory fr[/FONT][FONT=&quot]amework and efficient people management.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Main Responsibilities:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Manage the Branches / Employees and the activities of the Bank related to sales to retail segments (Individual, Professional and SBE customers)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Assumes full responsibility regarding the growth of sales and the market share penetration for the respective region.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Prepare the action plan for (by Branch, customer segment, product) the Region/Branches in order to support the achievement of their targets and submit it for approval to Network manager.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Follow up in cooperation with the Branch Managers the regular communications and contacts with existing / potential customers in order to:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Identify existing / potential customers’ needs for Bank products and services;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Notify the existing / prospect customers with the necessary information on new products and services, changes in pricing policy of the Bank, etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Maintain of a sound portfolio of Branches for the specific clientele segment[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Strong cooperation with Sales Development & Support in the framework of the synergies action plan for Corporate business, in order to boost new customers and increase internal flows of transactions in our network.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Strong cooperation with Sales Dev. & Support, in order to adopt appropriate methods for increasing sales through efficient cross selling, facilitate customers’ transactions, animation requirements, etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Cooperate with Sales Dev. & Support in analyzing the market needs, trends and competition, as well as transmitting customer feedback on our products & services. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Analyses the sales reports provided by Coordination & reporting Dept. for the region, portfolio performance and target achievement, cross selling, etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Review of the credit applications for Individual & Business clients, presentation in the Credit Committee if required and follow up of the post disbursement conditions related to approvals. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensure the implementation of adequate marketing channels targeting the respective customer segment for all products launched and provide feedback on the performance of such channels.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Performs frequent ad-hoc controls in their branches in terms of: cash counting & reconciliation, ATMs reconciliation, reconciliation of daily transactions, their proper filing and authorization in respective files, attendance and performance, etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Fulfillment and/or proposing cancelation (in case of non-application) of recommendations assigned by internal control units of the bank (audit, Compliance, risk, legal). Reporting on frequent bases to Business Controls & Network Support Sector.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Responsible for complying with the legislation in force along with internal rules and regulations of the bank.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Support Branch Managers and motivate their performance through respective proposals for reallocation, upgrade, etc.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Criteria to be fulfilled:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]University degree in Economics and related fields [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Preferably banking experience in a relevant position (minimum 1 years)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Prior experiences in managerial position( at least 2 years) in financial institutions[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Capability and willingness to take responsibilities[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Excellent written and communication English skills[/FONT]
