[FONT=&quot]Job purpose[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: Develop and analyses reports to be provided to management with the accurate information needed and monitor risk according to the internal and external policies and procedures.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Ensure that the reports developed by the Risk Reporting Department meet the technical & functional requirements and the designated deadlines. Establishment and implementation of formal controls on the reporting produced by Risk Reporting Department.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Direct Reports to[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Head of Risk Management and Permanent Control Division[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Main Responsibilities:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Credit Risk Reporting:[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]In charge to prepare and analyze Risk reports on daily, monthly and quarterly basis for individual and business loans according to the requirements received from Credit Agricole S.A.[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]In charge to prepare Credit Risk Reports and Indicators according to the requirements of the Bank’s Management.[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for the monitoring of the distributions of credit portfolio per sectors of economic activity, credit limits, portfolio quality analysis etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Responsible for preparation and analysis of the Key Risk Indicators of Collection Systems (Retail and Corporate).[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure the preparation and monitoring of the overdue portfolio analysis according to Retail and Corporate units.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Non-performing loans, Cost of Risk and Provisions calculations:[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure proper calculations of Credit Portfolio Provisions according to the Group Standard guidelines.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate the calculation and reporting on monthly basis of the Non-performing loans bucket, doubtful coverage ratio and the Cost of Risk according to Group Standards guidelines.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Credit Portfolio Classification:[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure the correct classification of the Credit Portfolio according to the Central Bank regulations.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepare the necessary documentation regarding the Classification and Cost of[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Risk approval and forward it to the Sensitive Affairs and Provisioning Committee.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Credit Register Reporting and Monitoring:[/FONT]


  • [FONT=&quot]Establish controls for the monthly reconciliation between the Credit Register Report and SRU report according to the Bank of Albania requirements.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Other duties & responsibilities:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure the Delivery of reports to the respective users within the required deadlines.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]In charge of proposing changes in order to improve reporting and analysis tools.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perform any additional tasks assigned by his/her supervisors.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Maintain bank confidentiality at all times.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The ideal Candidates should have[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on the functioning and operational framework of the all bank areas and activities, especially credit activity.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on the functioning of Finance and Accounting area including treasury activity. .
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on Bank of Albania regulations regarding credit & financial risk & controls.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Being able to thoroughly understand the actual operational processes and provide suggestions on using alternative manners in order to increase the efficiency and minimize possible operational risk.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Advanced Microsoft Excel skills which include the extensive use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Subtotals calculations, usage of advanced functions, and integration with other Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Access.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Knowledge on the usage of Core Banking System (knowledge of FlexCube is considered an advantage).
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]To have operational logic, be practical and careful
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Very good communication and interpersonal skills
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Teamwork & leadership spirit
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Capability and willingness to take responsibilities

[FONT=&quot]Criteria to be fulfilled:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]University Degree, preferably economic sciences.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Long Experience in Credit Risk Reporting & Analysis or MIS.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Expertise in Relational Database Systems / Data-Warehousing technologies
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]English proficiency.
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT]Communication skills and team work capability.
