We are looking for:
BRAND MANAGER
Place-Tirana, Albania
Responsibilities:
• Preparing the plans (marketing and sales)
• Responsible for brand strategy development and execution
• Responsibility for marketing budget (ATL & BTL)
• Creating and ensuring follow up of marketing initiatives and promotional activities in order to increase share in category
• researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
• looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
• Coordinating activities of specialists in sales
• Ensures the optimal stock level of all items (replenishment)
• Focused on constant Orbico customer service quality improvement
• Reporting sales director – daily, weekly, monthly
Requirements:
• Initiative, leadership, problem solving, communication skills, well in setting priorities
• strong work ethic and personal integrity
• effective cooperation with others, innovative
• previous experience desired (2-3 years)
• good PC literacy
• good English knowledge
• University degree
• Driver license “B”
