We are looking for a/an tore Support , Telecommunication Store


Job Description

1.Quantitative Count Forms delivered to Archive and feedback to respective shops about the delivery.
2.Daily contact for adjusting & documents delivery. Establish official point of Contacts with respective shops.
3.Receive new line activations report (Prepaid/ Postpaid) from Archive & Deliver it to the respective shops
4.Receive from archive & check incorrect documents after control and archived process is completed. Separate documents based on shop level. Send email to shops on incorrect documents.
5.Receive from Archive on weekly basis prepaid and postpaid Reminder and Notification Report and inform by email to respective shops and request delivery missing documents.
6.Receive from Archive on monthly basis Mobil prepaid and postpaid missing Report and inform by email to respective shops.
7.Support Archive when needed on the daily job –
As many as require.
8.Report to Archive Team Leader
9.Other tasks that may be needed accordingly




Education University Degree

Experience 1 year work experience in a relative area

Required Skills :

Very good command of English language and Microsoft Office package
Metrics, Data analysis and reporting skills
Self confidence, ability to work independently and as a team

Excellent communication skills

Credibility and confidentiality
Other duty as needed

Availability:

Overtime, shifts, working outside of the city, technical difficulties, etc
