-Key Responsibilities

1. You Will Be the first and the final stop in a customer's shopping experience so your job is incredibly Important and really sets the tone for a customer wanting to return.
2. Customers Identify needs, offer solutions to the Most Appropriate say and Overcome objections.
3. Customers educate on products and services, Focusing on Their unique selling points.
4. Meet and Exceed Established sales targets.
5. Maximize Profitability Sales by Focusing on Key Business Initiatives, promotions and offers.
6. Comply with company's policies, procedures and guidelines not only soft Towards Customers Also in back office operations (documents, applications etc.)
7. Assist with in store merchandising and cleaning
8. That you've Ensure Customers Charged appropriately and dispense the correct change. Assist them with billing requests.

job Requirements

Education

• University Degree

Experience

• 1-2 years work experience in customer care environment retailor.

PC Skills

• It Operates personal computer and handsets. Familiarity with preferred telephony and wireless technology.

Competencies / soft skills

• Superior Customer Service accompanied with strong communication skills and consultative selling.
• Must swear results and customer oriented with team spirit and high degree of Integrity.

Language skills

• English

Availability:

• Required to work on Saturday and probably full weekends.
• Ability to stand for long Periods of time.
