Global Fast Food Albania is a new company in this market which brings to Albania the famous chain of KFC Fast Food Restaurants. KFC is founded in Kentucky, United States, and it is the world’s second largest restaurants chain and one of the first fast food chains to expand internationally.

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of working experience in a restaurant.
2. At least 1 year of experience of working as a restaurant supervisor.
Priority will be given to supervisors of staff in Fast Food Restaurants.
3. Good knowledge of English language is a must.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office.
5. Opportunity to travel for a 2 months training in UK (Company financing).
6. The minimum contract period of 2 years.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervising the staff training process.
2. Daily management of restaurant's staff.
3. Responsible for product acceptance physically and following reflect in the system.
4. Management of restaurant software.
5. Production process supervision. (Vegetable washing and fresh cut by company policy of standards).
6. Customer satisfaction survey supervision.
7. Daily reporting to company’s Operation Manager.
