The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Supervisor for our Client.

Sales Supervisor - Durres​

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering Sales objectives from the area of his responsibility
• Implements Brand's promotional activities at POS
• Maximize effectiveness from Ex Van Sales routes
• Manage, coach and guide sales team of 4-5 Sales reps

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience in similar position working in big multinational or distribution companies FMCG
• Proven sales results
• Managerial skills, experience in managing sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of the English language
