Energy Efficiency Coordinator


Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Monitor the market and develop effective and adequate EE lending activities.
• Creates and changes new procedures in order to improve lending service for the clients.
• Visits the branches in order to support, train and coach loan officers.
• Monitoring branch lending activities, the quality and development of Energy Efficiency Lending Portfolio.
• Active participation and new ideas in order to increase productivity in energy Efficiency Lending operations.


Position Requirements:

• University Degree in Economic Faculty.
• Very good verbal and written English Skills.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in SME lending, at least 2 years in banking sector.
• Interested or previous experience in EE is an asset.
