Requirements

Fluent German and English
Excellent communication skills
Good decision making and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Using sales & networking to attract candidates to clients
Developing a good understanding of client’s industry, work culture and environment
Headhunting - identifying and approaching candidates already in work
Using candidate databases to match candidates to the client's roles
Briefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefits
Preparing CVs and client application related paperwork
Client and candidate liaison to arrange interviews and provide post interview feedback
Negotiating salary rates and finalising start dates

Benefits

5 days per week – Monday to Friday
Salary review based on performance
20 days holidays per year + public holidays
Bonus potential depending on performance $5000 - $10000
