Role Title: L&D Impact Instructor

Role Purpose:
Learning and development instructor is responsible for helping employees cultivate their skills and knowledge.
He will provide complete training to share expertise in ways that motivate others to reach business targets and objectives.
An L&D instructor is experienced educator capable of conveying a message through conducting inductions for new comers or upskilling.
Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that the L&D instructor must possess.
The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of employees.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Implement, maintain and facilitate induction/upskilling and soft skills training programs for new comers to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to date.
• Keep attendance and other records
• Running regular Training Needs Assessment check-ups and consolidating Training Feedback forms and undergo continuous development based on it
• Deliver regular train the trainer sessions to on loan trainers within team and mentor them, to make sure they are updated with new products, services , procedures and delivering all trainings to the required standards
• Work closely with Ops and attending weekly meetings with Team Managers to ensure all Ops new policies, procedures and knowledge are captured and aligned with Induction Training.
• Implement, monitor and review induction and training package for new staff to ensure predetermined standards are obtained regarding departmental policies, procedures and systems relevant to the employees' tasks.
• Do a monthly report of all training hours trained during the month to be invoiced to the client.
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
• Ensure Product, Services, Policies, Systems, online help, training material and manuals are kept current, accurate and relevant to employee needs.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Proven experience as corporate trainer
• Excellent reporting skills
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
• Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); Excel
• Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to Detail and Quality: The ability to consistently produce error – free output; concerned with maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Self-starting, learning and motivating attitude.
• Very good knowledge in Italian, Albanian and English.
