We are looking for Customer Service and Chat Support agents who can speak both German and English.

1. Call Center & Live Agent Chat:
— Provide first point of contact to members who require assistance through phone & live agent chat
— Research and resolve inquiries ranging from account features and policies in accordance with procedures while providing brand aligned “There For You” service
— Provide basic to moderately complex technical support on both the desktop site and mobile platforms
— Document and track all customer contacts utilizing company platform in accordance with department procedures
— Dependability - the individual consistently adheres to set schedule, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
— Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and schedule compliance
— Handle multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries
— Effectively work independently in a minimally structured environment on all other duties and special projects assigned including assist with onboarding new hires, training, new initiatives, etc.
— Upsell members on Care.com subscriptions and additional value added services

2. E-mail:
— Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely and with attention to tone in German and English
— Great attention to detail
— Excellent proofreading skills with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
— Excellent administrative and organizational skills
— Ability to analyze and make independent decisions in a timely manner
— Research and resolve inquiries ranging from account features and policies in accordance with procedures while providing brand aligned “There For You” service
— Provide basic to moderately complex technical support on both the desktop site and mobile platforms
— Document and track all customer contacts utilizing company platform in accordance with department procedures

Requirements:
— Excellent spoken and written German and English (both languages are a must)
— Customer service experience in calls and chat support

What we offer:
— 500 ALL/net per hour
— Working hours 08.00-17.00
— Training starts November 30th.
