Responsibilities for Business Consultant Expert:
· Examine client’s business operations for issues, improvements, and new business opportunities
· Work with client’s staff to design strategic business plans and action plans
· Assist with the implementation of plans and review them regularly
· Remain their point of contact for ongoing business reviews
· Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations
· Runs workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules
· Stays current with latest trends in business, evaluates competitors of the industry to pinpoint advantages or disadvantages in the current market, keeping paramount the clients’ interests
Qualifications for Business Consultant:
· Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field
· 3+ years’ experience in combined position of Sales and/or Marketing, and/or Finance, and/or HR.
· 1+ years in supervisory position of managing others
· 1+ years’ experience in the consulting field and/or Training and Organisation Development
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal capability and influencing skills
· Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
· Demonstration of strong business acumen, entrepreneurship, and agility
· A drive to work autonomously while still achieving goals
· A valid driver's license with transportation
· Any experience of living/studying or working in any English-speaking countries for more than a year is a plus.
