TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a dynamic candidate to join our Development and Customer Experience Department in the following position:

Overall Job Definition

Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring Retail sales management practices aiming to increase Retail’s business by generating new income from cross-selling existing customers with new services & products, and acquiring/developing new target (profitable) customers. To create a customer oriented, high performance sales & service culture across Retail and areas impacting Retail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and monitor sales management practices for all Retail sales force
  • Offer facilitation and assistance related to sales management issues in Retail sales force;
  • Coordinates with Retail Products Management Department on specific sales campaigns (different segments or products);.
  • Reviews and prepares procedures for sales and sales management area;
  • Cooperates with the Analysis and CRM Unit in order to continuously identify potential areas for new business within existing customer base;
  • Cooperates with Customer Experience Unit in order to continuously improve user experience and outcome;
  • Proposes to SFE Team Leader improvement of current sales procedures, processes, tools and metrics;
  • Ensures resource utilization is optimized in achieving business objectives/goals;
  • Supports SFE Team Leader in daily tasks and work on any other duty as requested by direct supervisor;

Competencies / Skills:

  • University degree in Economic or other related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking sector, preferably in similar positions;
  • The individual must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Be flexible and has good team spirit;
  • Strategic thinking and be result oriented;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Fluent knowledge of English language in written and spoken;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
