Alumil Albania sh.p.k, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7[SUP]th[/SUP] km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminum products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania sh.p.k is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminum extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminum profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employees in the following position:
Accountant (Reporting)
-Registration of cash collection in system atlantis.
-All payment orders of the factory cashier.
-Cash management in different currencies.
-Daily reporting of liability to mother company Alumil SA
-Daily reporting of cash.
-Collection of information and cash control of subsidiaries.
-Subsidiary Cash Monitor.
-Controlling and monitoring fiscal subsidiaries and taking part in solving different problems.
-Registration of daily transactions of the banking system (cash and payment), (Euro, All)
-Preparation of documentation for bank transfers (Order Payments)
-Prepare and control periodic registers of Customs Elaboration (Active, Passive)
-Different Monthly Reports and 3 Monthly Other etc.
-Customer Relationship
-Sales Report
-Expense Report
-Inventory turnover ratio
-Different Reports on Auditing.
-Preparation and control of Sales Book for Monthly Tax Declarations (Warehouses)
-All transactions for Accounting transactions.
-Checking the month (check table)
Report to: Accounting Manager
2.Requirements
Education
University degree in Finance Accounting
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Accountant
Other
Very good knowledge of English Language
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
