- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance & accounting team.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising long term business and financial planning
- Assist high level decisions about policy & strategy
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting & auditing
- Assure legal & regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities of the company
- Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team
- Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs
- Work well with CEO, Marketing Department etc. to develop e strategic plan.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
- Experience in Senior Management Position
- Strong financial & accounting background
- Proven negotiation skills
- Experience with budget management, public accounting and cash flow.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
- Ability to work under pressure, plan workload effectively and delegate
