Data Network Communication Team Manager

Purpose of Position

Responsible for the fix Broadband service configuration and troubleshooting of Residential, Corporate, and bitstream customers on MSAN/DSLAM/OLT.

Main Task

  • Team management and controls;
  • Infrastructure management, optimization and Improvement;
  • Manage related projects in the Team;
  • VIP Customer direct contact on the case of collaboration;
  • Support Communication and tickets toward of CISCO;
  • Control and monitor changes and planned activities on the Network;
  • Reporting to Team Manager for daily weekly issues;
  • Incident reporting and troubleshooting;

Skills

  • Familiar with security services, Procedures and Project Management in Technology;
  • CCNA Routing & Switching (CCNP,CCIE is a plus); Info collecting and reporting skills;
  • Very good command of English Language;
  • Good managerial, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good capability for working in group and managing;

Experience

  • At least 4 years of previous experience in data networks;


Education

  • University Degree in Telecommunication / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Master Degree preferred;
