Përgjegjësitë:

  • Develop and maintain IT Operating Systems & Hardware infrastructure according to company needs in compliance with company standards and procedures.

  • Responsible for developing and maintenance of IT systems Infrastructure such as Operating Systems, Hardware, Virtualization Infrastructure etc.

  • Responsible for IT security and security issues related to Operating Systems and IT Hardware Infrastructure.

  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

  • Analyze, design, implement and maintain solutions/ scripts based on company/customer needs/requests to support business needs.

  • Responsible for analyzing, designing and architecture of IT infrastructure deployment related to IT projects.

  • Run, Monitor and Supervise processes for IT Systems and servers in order to have optimal performance and optimal processing of daily and monthly activities.

  • IT Servers Monitoring, logs control, control errors, messaging and system alarms recourses.

  • Responsible for reporting, documentation and policy and procedure creating & updating related to IT servers infrastructure.

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Applies revisions to host system firmware and software. Works with integral staff or vendors to assist support activities.

  • Develops new system solution implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains technical staff in how to use new solution and hardware developed and/or acquired.

  • Establishes, maintains and manages users Unix/Linux/Windows or other OS and database accounts. Installs, modifies and maintains systems and utility system on servers. Provides server support related to other software system, databases or applications for company needs or external customers.

  • Responsible for data center new technology project creation and implementations. Responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of virtual and physical IT server’s infrastructure.

  • Manages and maintenance the data center and IT server infrastructure systems including hardware, software and hardware equipments.

  • Responsible for the installation and management of the host operating systems, SAN storage, disk arrays, tape libraries and other hardware components.

  • Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical business systems resources.

  • Develops procedures and maintain security and protect operating systems, databases and hardware from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.

  • Identify and define system security requirements for IT servers and services.

  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks related to IT systems.

  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system for security enhancement, security procedures etc

  • Develops and coordinates IT infrastructure projects and schedules to maximize benefits and minimize impacts on the company and customer organizations. Provides planning and implementation of IT projects for server operations and enterprise systems administration.

  • Responsible for backup and restore of IT systems and databases.

  • Responsible database administration, user creation, security, backup, restore, installation, patch update, system database update & upgrade, operation, troubleshooting etc

  • Develops procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restore of IT systems and host-based applications/systems.

Profili:

  • Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Informatics or Information Systems
  • Knowledge in Virtualization System.
  • Knowledge in DNS Systems, Hosting Systems, and Email Systems.
  • Knowledge and Very Good Knowledge for Linux and Unix base Systems
  • Knowledge and Very Good Knowledge for database administration.
  • Knowledge in IT Security.
  • Knowledge on WEB/Desktop/Database programming and Database administration
  • Basic knowledge C, C++, Scripting on LINUX/UNIX and Windows Platforms
  • Programming Knowledge in PHP, UML, HTML, XML, API’s, JAVA, MYSQL, SQL Language etj
  • Good Knowledge in web hosting and web master.
  • Basic principles of RDBMS (MSSQL , SQL Server etc)
  • Flexibility, confidentiality, team working, learning capability and good communication skills.
  • Strong decision making skills. Judgment errors can affect the organizations operational efficiency.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
