Department: MIS Budgeting/Planning Department
Reports to: MIS Budgeting/Planning Manager
TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is currently seeking to hire a hardworking and proactive MIS DWH/BI Analyst & Developer to join MIS Budgeting/Planning Department.

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is currently seeking to hire a hardworking and proactive MIS DWH/BI Analyst & Developer to join MIS Budgeting/Planning Department.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, development and implementation of the new Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Platform;
- Ensure the smooth operation of DWH ETL processes and BI platform functionalities in daily basis;
- Design, develop, and implement new reports using the new Reporting platform;
- Creating, Developing and testing BI reports and Dashboards (UI) based on user requirements in Qlikview;
- Maintenance of the new reporting platform (SharePoint and Microsoft reporting server) ensuring reporting functionality;
- Provide technical support on automation process of Management Accounting reporting mechanism, and other reporting packages in the future;
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members;
- Assist MIS/PB Manager and the other team members in various tasks and projects;
Required experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in SQL and T-SQL Programming preferably with Microsoft DWH/BI and reporting technologies
- At least 1 year experience in BI Platforms Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview or other similar platforms
- Previous work experience in Banking Sector in analysis, design, and reporting development will be considered as advantage
Required education:
- University Degree in Computer Science or any other similar degree
Required competencies / skills:
- Very good Knowledge of SQL and T-SQL Programming. (Microsoft SQL Server: SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modelling concepts (relational and dimensional) DWH and BI concepts
- Knowledge on Qlik development , data modelling, Dashboard design
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Albanian
- Be a team player and collaborative
