NBG Bank is looking for ambitious canditates to fulfil the following positions:



Head of Large Corporate Segment (in Tirana)

Criterias, that employees can be qualified through:

  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration);
  • Full proficiency in the English language;
  • At least 7 years of total banking experience where minimum of 3 years spent in establishing and managing relations with business customers (preferably for specified large corporate segment);
  • Ability to access to, establish and successfully run relations with business customers;
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of Albania’s main sectors and industries, large corporate banking market, business practices and accounting rules practices;
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of banking products for business customers;
  • Experience in financial analysis with sound judgment ability for credit evaluation;
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage teams to meet budget/target achievement;
  • Ability to work under deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and social skills;
  • Sufficient computer skills (mainly MS Excel).



Head of Workout Unit (in Tirana)

Criterias, that employees can be qualified through:


  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration);
  • Full proficiency in the English language;
  • At least 7 years of total banking experience where minimum of 3 years spent in managing relations with business customers (preferrably in workout/recovery of problematic loans);
  • Ability to identify the reasons behind and recommend solutions for problematic business loan customers;
  • Ability to keep problematic business loan customers committed to solutions through intensive and continuous relation and follow-up;
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the Albanian sectors and industries, banking market for businesses, business practices and accounting rules&practices;
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of banking products for business customers;
  • Experience in financial analysis with sound judgement ability for credit evaluation;
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage teams to meet budget/target achievement;
  • Ability to work under deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and social skills;
  • Sufficient computer skills (mainly MS Excel).




Business Center Manager (in Tirana & Durres)


Criterias, that employees can be qualified through:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration preferable;
  • Proficiency in the English language;
  • At least 6 years of total banking experience where minimum of 3 years spent in managing relations with business customers in branch level (preferably in branch manager position);
  • Ability to access to, establish and successfully run relations with business customers;
  • Ability to direct, coordinate, supervise and support the business center RM’s to access to, establish and successfully run relations with business customers;
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the Albanian sectors and industries, banking market for businesses, business practices and accounting rules practices;
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of banking products for business customers;
  • Knowledge in financial analysis with judgments ability for credit evaluation;
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage teams to meet budget/target achievement;
  • Ability to work under deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and social skills;
  • Sufficient computer skills (mainly MS Excel).
