Tasks
Preparing/assisting on preparing the detailed planning of the audits prior to fieldwork to address potential areas of concerns and key risk.
Ensuring the successful completion of the audits within the planned time.
Improving the quality of audit reports ensuring that they are clear, concise and pertinent and that they focus on the issues in the standard format.
Assembling and maintaining comprehensive internal auditing files, supporting audit findings and recommendations, as prescribed by IAG Manual.
Participating in developing audit programs for specific assignments.
Promoting and maintaining good working relationship with auditees in order that audit assignments are progressed satisfactorily.
Following up the audit recommendations raised by IAD.
Following the developments and changes and giving proposals in order to increase the efficiency of the audit work.
Acting in conformity to all compliance, regulatory and legal requirements.
Ensuring that all tasks and duties falling under their responsibility are undertaken in accordance with BKT’s auditing standards in a timely and effective manner.
Conducting other duties as directed by Head of IAG and Team Leader.
Requirements
Graduated from any faculty of Economics or Information Technology, offering a minimum 4-year education program and any other domestic and/or foreign university officially recognized as equivalent to the above mentioned.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Audit.
Good working knowledge of MS Word, EXCEL, Access and intranet/internet.
The health condition must allow the employee to be able for traveling anywhere in Albania or abroad.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
