Room Division Manager to work for our Bougainville Bay Resort & SPA in Saranda

We are seeking for a Rooms Division Manager who will be responsible for overseeing hotel’s front desk, housekeeping and maintenance department teams to deliver an excellent service. They report to the General Manager and play an important role in ensuring a high level of guest service.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise continuous 7 day/week, 24 hour front office operation, night audit, housekeeping & maintenance operations;
  • Assigned staff, including training, evaluating performance and scheduling work;
  • Monitor cashiering procedures and any related problems closely and in coordination with the finance department;
  • Work closely with housekeeping manager, front office manager & maintenance manager to ensure standards are adhered;
  • Oversee inventory and ordering supplies and linens for housekeeping department, front office department & maintenance department;
  • Ensure that sufficient staffing is present to meet daily business demands;
  • Perform daily room and property inspections;
  • Proficient in property management systems;
  • Be responsible for Life-Safety & Hygiene compliance;
  • Ensure the departments adhere to Bougainville Bay Resort & SPA policies and procedures;
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned;


Requirements (Key Skills)



  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent;
  • Senior leadership experience in Front Office/Housekeeping is preferred;
  • Experience of working with high volume occupancy levels;
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good financial awareness;
  • Demonstrated customer service skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • Fluency in English language, other languages are considered a plus;
