We have an open Customer Service position. Your job would be to provide customer support service for our German speaking customers from all around Europe.
The position would include:
German customer support service by email. Respond to customers' questions, issues, problems and provide an excellent customer experience.
Skills:
Perfect written German skills.
Excellent and adaptive communication skills.
Preferred:
Previous email customer service experience.
Any previous experience working with order system database is welcomed.
Experience with beauty products and/or food supplement products is a bonus.
Daily tasks:
Engage with customers using support ticket help-desk system.
Search for customer orders in order system adeptly to find relevant information.
Provide customers with order information and the best solution in given situation.
Occasional proofreading and translation.
