· University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field preferred
· Minimum 2 years of sales related experience required
· Sales of technological products experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
· Strong customer service, organizational and communication, Strong Communication skills in the English language in both written/oral.
· Good time management
· Understanding of financial Profit & Loss Statements to provide the best scenario for clients while
· Maintaining profitability for the company.
· Contract negotiations
· Computer Skills
· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some knowledge of computers.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: General Manager
Status: Full-Time
The Sales Manager is responsible for: maximizing the revenues, developing and maintaining relationships with promoters and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Proactively seeks out new business in assigned market segments:
· Initiates contact with prospects;
· Prepares proposals for prospects that reflect a win-win arrangement;
· follows up constantly and most
· Importantly closes business.
· Represents the BSP CRM to the potential clients;
· Answers questions;
· Provides information regarding facility services;
· Assists clients in training of BSP CRM.
· Qualifies client inquiries and follows up on all leads.
· Achieve individual and team goals for Sales requirements & associated revenues.
· Ability to handle prospective clients over the telephone and in person and maintain a relationship throughout sales process and for repeat sales.
· Knowledgeable in all administrative and operational procedures of the Company.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has limited supervisory responsibilities for employees or interns in the Sales and
Marketing Department.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, to employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
