Job Position: Customer Service and Sales Representative

Tasks:

Generate sales leads of company’s products and services
Meet personal/team sales targets
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Handle customer requests and complaints via phone, email, mail or social media within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Assist with bookings and reservation, refunds, or exchanges
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Master is an advantage
1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Proven customer support experience
Strong and excellent communication skills in active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Negotiation, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving
Attention to Detail
Organisational Skills and Adaptability
Ability to Work Under Pressure
Computer Skills
