Client Relationship Specialist (CRS)
Must work Monday through Friday on one of these shifts:
5pm-2am,
6pm-2am
7pm-4am.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the relationship between the client and operations regarding all service related calls.
  • Confirming appointment times with technicians and clients.
  • Proactively communicating with all parties involved.
  • Answering incoming queue calls.
  • Escalating any issues with tickets to management and/or clients.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills with an ability to handle difficult customer calls.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong phone skills. Must speak clearly; majority of time is spent talking on a telephone.
  • Strong written communication skills; must be able to convey information in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Attention to detail with serious proofreading skills.
