CRM and CC Support Specialist
Main Tasks:
- Analyze and support on business problems associated with the marketing, network and sales.
- Communicate process and functional requirements to other work teams.
- Participate in the preparation, development, and implementation of SAP CRM, GIS,RiM, AiPi and active involvement in the development testing, training, integration, change control and active involvement.
- Provide necessary training for end users and regularly meet to validate and refine use cases.
Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms, Oracle, Telecom knowledge, Programming skills
- Strong analytical skills, understand data, and have strong verbal and written communication skills
-Very good knowledge of English
-Proficient with MS Office and application tools
-Collaboration within team
Experience:
-Minimum 2 years in similar field
Education:
-MS/BS degree in Information and Communication Technology,Informatic Engineering or Telecommunication.
