Due to business expansion, we are planning to widen our team with new Senior Consultants.

Senior Consultant - the Role

As Senior Consultant, you will be in touch with your own customers, and will be responsible for the management and performance of your own consultancy work.

The job is very versatile, with emphasis on professional handling of processes as well as sales. In your daily life you will work very independently, but will have back-up from experienced colleagues and systems, processes and models we have developed over the years. You must find and attract your customers based on strategic planning and the job therefore involves a lot of sales and customer contact.

AIMS International Knowledge sharing platform and cooperation with international peers will strongly enhance your professional profile.

We make our living by meeting interesting people; thus you will constantly expand your network of interesting candidates and you will therefore meet many exciting people in your daily life; you should like being outgoing and interactive.

Some of our customers are very demanding and the contact with the candidates also requires tight eye-level dialogue with any personality type - the role is therefore very challenging and personally developing.

Geographically, you will be located in Tirana, but business coverage has no map limits.

Provider Receiver Concept-Responsible

It is a striking goal for us to offer our customers globally a successful provider-receiver concept. In short, you are going to do PR, sales and marketing activities around the concept, which means that via AIMS we can provide a range of solutions for both talent acquisition (recruitment) and talent management, in and outside Albania.

Where are you today? / Your background

You do not need to be familiar with recruitment, although it can of course be an advantage. On the other hand, you must have proven results in sales, as it is our experience that the desire and the ability to sell are crucial for success in a role like this.

You must have experience with business development and marketing activities, preferably in multiple industries.

You must have analytical abilities at a relatively high level, as well as being able to quickly understand people. Your communication skills are above average.

Personally, you must be extremely robust and able to withstand a refusal without pulling it down. In fact, you may want to be a bit "hard" in the blanket and at least have the ability to say “to and from” to demanding customers and candidates.

Fluency in English and other languages is crucial not only towards dealing with customers, but a must in benefiting from AIMS global teams and training and development initiatives.
