Pergjegjes per monitorimin e ATM-ve meqellim qe te sigurohet sherbim i panderprere 24x7
Pergjegejes per manaxhimin e ceshtjeve qe mund te lidhen me sherbimin dhe pergjegjes per ti dhene asistence degeve
per zgjidhjen e problemeve te ATM-vePergjegjes per rekoncilimin e transaksioneve te kryera me karta
Pergjegjes per te ndjekur dhe siguruar se ne cdo ATM jane te aplikuara te gjitha standartet e nevojshme te sigurise
Pergjegjes per te testuar dhe garantuar se cdo funksion i ri permbush rregullat dhe standartet e institucionit dhe te vendit
referuar dhe mbeshtetur ne kuadrin rregullator te institucioneve mbikqyrese te bankes
Pergjegjes per identifikimin e bug-eve te aplikimit dhe ndjekjen e problemeve deri ne zgjidhje ne bashkepunim me palet e
