IT Support Services and Application Management Specialist


Purpose of Position

Configuration and management of Exchange Server


Main Task


  • Testing, developing and updating with the latest patches Share Point Platform
  • Monitoring and Maintain cPanel Infrastructure
  • Identify and prevent security issues on Cloud Platform
  • Collaboration with IT staff for achieving a high level performance on completion of customer requirements.


Skills


  • Extensive knowledge in Business Processes, Project Management and Project Management tools, and Extensive technical knowledge over Information Technology, usage of SAP application, Microsoft technology, SharePoint, SQL server management studio
  • Very good knowledge in SharePoint Infrastructure, very good knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2013 and 2016 versions, very good knowledge in Linux Operating System, very good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server OS knowledge, Microsoft SQL knowledge, programming knowledge, cPannel knowledge.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, communication, team player; Project and service management. Confident telephone manner and exceptional communication skills. Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities.
  • Very good knowledge of English


Experience


  • At least 2 years of previous job experience

Education


  • University degree in Electronic Engineer / Telecommunication/ IT or related fields
