is looking for potential candidate to fulfill the position of:
Purchasing Specialist


Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Interact with suppliers daily to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax docs. etc.
  2. Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests.
  3. Responsible for managing projects to improve procurement processes.
  4. Responsible for supplier communication to resolve transactional issues.
  5. Responsible for resolving invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing.
  6. Responsible for managing all assets of the company.


Qualifications and experience:

  1. University Degree in Finance and Accounting.
  2. Min 2 years of experience in purchasing
  3. Must be punctual, organized, motivated and detail oriented, multitasking
  4. High self-motivated and the ability to perform with minimum supervision, as well as within a team
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills.
  6. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  7. Be fluent in English (verbal and written)
  8. Past use of an order management system.
  9. Some experience in online purchasing
