Summary: The CEO Assistant willbe responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The HumanResources assistant contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practicesand objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culturethat emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goalattainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superiorworkforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Provides administrativesupport to the CEO & HR department staff to include calendaring, eventscheduling, coordinating IT and telephone needs, coordinating travelarrangements, preparing correspondence, preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
§ Serves as initial point ofcontact and responds to a variety of customer inquiries and requests forinformation in a timely and professional manner;
§ Facilitate internalcommunication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
§ Researches, gathers,analyzes, and prepares data for a wide variety of reporting;
§ Translate variousdocuments from Albanian to Greek and vice versus.
§ Assists with performingaccurate data entry into the Human Resources Management Database includingrecruitment, employment, and benefit related transactions.
§ Assists with therecruitment process communicating application and recruitment status tocandidates, scheduling interviews and new hire orientations.
§ Accurately maintains thepersonnel and recruitment filing systems.
§ Coordinates the purchase,inventory, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
§ Assists with coordinationof maintaining and updating the departments processing and procedures
§ Performs other duties as assigned

Additional qualifications:
- Languages: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in Greek.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Competent computer skills includingMS Office or equivalent
- Internet skills including use of e-mails,group messaging and data collection
- Numeracy and literacy skills
