Role purpose:
Manage and coordinate the implementation/integration of Access network systems/services, as well as capacity expansion of the network elements
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Translate new Radio design requests into work order for on-site installation and commissioning activities, manage purchasing process and related reporting.
- Co-ordinate the delivery plan for the on-site installation & commissioning activities.
- Perform on-site installation & commissioning activities. Collaborate with installation & commissioning teams for the proper implementation on-site.
- Perform acceptance testing verifications for new installation and changes (re-configuration, upgrade, expansion, etc.).
- Perform verification for the implementation cost and seek out for their optimization
- Manage any Network Deployment special projects or transformation initiatives
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Operations knowledge for Radio Access Network infrastructure.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- At least three years working experience with Telecom Access Network infrastructure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Availability for in-country travelling and to work outside working hours
- Contract management experience.
- Telecom Engineering Bachelor degree,
- Operations & Maintenance qualification for Telecom equipment
- Very good knowledge in English and Albanian
- Driving license
- MS Office
