Industrial French company working for automobile and aeronautic field, looking, for it's factory in Elbasan, a maintenance and new construction manager.

Missions:
  • conception and study of the new plans
  • supervising the transfer and installation of machines between France and Albania
  • checking the good application of environmental and security laws and application
  • establishing a maintenance plan
  • supervising the servicing and reparation of machinery and equipments
  • ensuring the availability and the liability of all the production chain
  • dealing with the all the uncertainties of operation
  • managing the material park
  • following classical maintenance clues (MTTR, MTBF)
  • contribution to the improvement of the overall performance of the company

Description of tasks:
  • Security and environment:
    • Follow and ensure the following of procedures and orders about security and environment
    • Ensure the security and protection of the general environment
  • Quality:
    • Create an intervention plan and realize all the maintenance (both preventive and curative) on the all industrial machinery
    • Control of the production system
  • Cost:
    • Offer technical improvement for the maintenance plan
    • Follow the cost of the different actions to reduce it
  • Delay:
    • Optimize the working methods to manage efficiently interventions
    • Ensure the performance of production tools and manage the intervention with the support of the production manager
    • List and centralize the different dysfunctions
  • Motivation:
    • Handle the human and technical resources of the service
    • Supervise the work of maintenance workers
    • Ensure the motivation of the workers
    • Improve the efficiency of the service

Required skills:
  • Knowledge:
    • Electro-technique / industrial / maintenance / mechanical engineer degree (knowledge in mechanic, hydraulic & electricity )
    • Fluent English
    • Knowledge of the French language is a plus
  • Expertise:
    • 5 to 10 years experience in Electrical/Industrial/Maintenance/Mechanical fields
    • CACES
    • Electrical habilitation
    • Pod licence
  • Know-how:
    • Pedagogy
    • Good relationnel
    • Autonomy
    • Rigor

Leaving in Elbasan or being able to move to Elbasan is required.
