Job position: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Tirane
Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for directing and managing all day to day
Marketing of the company, PR and actively participates in Product Development processes.
She/he is ready to develop appropriate marketing plans and implementing the necessary
commercial activities and promotions to achieve the company’s objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare marketing strategies.
· Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business
development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
· Prepare and adhere to budgets.
· Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing
materials.
· Gather and analyze customer insight.
· Support and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
· Engage consumers on social media.
· Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and
positioning of the organization.
· Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
· Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
· Engage other organizations within the community.
· Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Other Job Functions:
- Participates in any training program in and out the country;
- Ensures all the required reports;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields
- Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experience in similar trading company;
Additional qualifications:
- Mobility – the job entails frequent travel
- Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent
standard
