CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:

LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT MANAGER

Plan, direct and monitor the logistic activities in line with CCBS strategy to achieve the established targets according to company’s policies and quality standards, as well as ensure all reporting is completed correctly and on time.

Duties and responsibilities:
· Takes full responsibility of logistics operations to ensure the smooth running of all CCBS processes and meeting all the requirements in regards to timing, quantity and quality.
· Develops CCBS logistics strategy and prepare annual budgets.
· Ensures that Health and Safety/Environmental rules and regulations are adhered to during all activities under responsibility.
· Monitors, measures and reports on all logistic processes and ensures all reports are issued on time and correct.
· Implements inventory management and monitoring systems to ensure correct and accurate warehouse administration.
· Manages relationships with logistics service providers, e.g. negotiate costs and contract conditions, service levels, etc.
· Monitors logistic provider’s performances in regards to agreed service levels and consciously improve the performance and monitoring.
· Maintains a continuous improvement program for all direct reporting staff and follow-up on implementation.
· Manages, develops and motivates all direct reporting staff.

Skills and qualifications:
· Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy and other related.
· At least 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a FMCG industry.
· Ability to manage and develop a positive and productive team.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
· Self-starter, who takes the initiative.
· Good communicator.
· Ability to train and develop the skill and knowledge of direct reports.
· Solid knowledge of QMS.
· Use of Microsoft Office including; word, excel and outlook.
· Very good knowledge of English and/or Italian language.
