Tasks
• Effectively handle the 1st and 2nd level issues related to Core Banking Application.
• Assist the users and colleagues in solving Flexcube related problems.
• Maintain proper documentation; write operational documentation and user guides.
• Performs the duties given by the superiors with accuracy and time effectively.
• Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.
Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year experience in IT
• Knowledge of Oracle Flexcube Core Banking application would be an asset.
• PL/SQL experience would be an asset.
• To be able to work overtime as may be required by the job.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Hard working and result oriented.
