SEA Manager (freelance; full-time) 800 - 1000 €

We’re a small growth agency that serves international clients. We are growing fast and are looking for dedicated talents who want to be part of our journey. To grow and be more present in our SEA consultancy product - we are looking for an SEA manager who will be responsible for handling the accounts of several high-growth clients in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will independently conceptualize, plan and create SEA campaigns (GSN, GDN, BING) and identify new chances to further develop SEA activities. You will be measured against KPIs so the only thing we care about is performance.
• You create daily, weekly and monthly reports and will analyze the performance of marketing activities using KPIs and derive the relevant optimization methods and execute these.
• You’re constantly improving bidding, tools and communication strategies
• You will present results to stakeholders with key learnings and further recommendations

REQUIREMENTS
• You have a university degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEA with proven successes in similar positions.
• You have very good technical skills in handling Microsoft Excel, AdWords Editor, Google Analytics, keyword generator tools, bid optimization tools, etc…
• You have very strong analytical skills combined with the ability to find creative solutions.
• You must be able to work with deadlines, KPIs and always be focused on performance optimization.
• You have strong excel skills and are good with numbers
• You are communicative and can speak fluent English - further languages are welcome
• Ideally, you have knowledge of photoshop
