Lindner Albania subsidiary of Lindner Group is currently in search of the right candidates for the position:
· Architect
Description: Architect that has experience in the planning, design and construction of residential and commercial development projects. Knowledge of design standards and design procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of activities. Responsibilities will include all aspects of design from drafting to production of implementation design. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking an increasing level of responsibility.
Requirements: Higher Technical Education Major Architecture and at least 5 years of working experience;
Contributes to team success, proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketch Up and 3D photorealistic rendering; Hand drawing and graphic skills (plan and section/elevation); Passion for design and the profession; An interest in expanding the landscape and hardscape design experience; Organized, innovative and ambitious; Strong communication and coordination skills; Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment. Fluent in English written and verbal, German is an advantage.
