Call Center Agent

Main Tasks
· Responsible to reach the daily targets and KPIs for Inbound and Outbound calls.
· Report immediately any incidents related to Information Security Management System
· Identify and record any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions

Skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong Negotiation Skills
· Very good knowledge of English
· Knowledge of MS Office package
· Telecommunication awareness
· Available to work in shifts

Experience
· Experience in similar position will be an advantage.

Education
· Bachelor degree.
