The CRM Developer Specialist will be responsible to design and implement software solutions based on requirements, mostly web based. He / She will perform diverse tasks related to programming, specific procedures of programming and requirements related to data processing, or integration with existing systems. It will also modify and maintain software programs and prepare relevant documentation.


The job holder will be responsible for:

• Implementation of software, testing and problem solving using appropriate technologies of databases and programming, in accordance with business requirements for developments in CRM systems.
• Assistance in physical and logical design of the database.
• Development of software based in web GUI, in Object - oriented Design and Analysis ( OOA and OOD ).
• Work with the software analyst, project manager, designer, developer, system analyst, sales and marketing, finance department or other users for analysing and implementing functional requirements needed by the business.
• Analysing and designing the software based on user requirements, review of the software, integration of new software with existing ones, risk analysis system, analysis of the reliability of the software etc.
• Solve problems that may arise during the work and think collaboratively, in order to meet project requirements to software development.
• Continuous update of knowledge and technical skills by following online courses, reading various manual and using new technologies.
• Discussion with the software users to understand the necessary modifications or new functional implementation to the existing systems. Answers to questions about the system, data inputs, outputs requirements, and the inclusion of internal controls.
• Analyse the performance of programs and take decisions on potential adjustments, based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
• Assistance, train, guide and transfer knowledge to staff and other team members regarding programming software.
• Confidentiality of information regarding processed data stored or accessed, followed by the procedures of the organization.
• Perform maintenance of softwares and correction of identified defects.

Required qualifications:

• University Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant fields
• Very good knowledge of Web Services , PHP , XML , Java Script , Java Servlets , Web Services and other application development technologies.
• Good knowledge of programming languages ​​like PHP, JAVA and knowledge of computer programming logic and algorithms.
• Very strong understanding of database structures, relational or multidimensional (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), database theories, principles and practices.
• General knowledge in the field of telecommunication will constitute an advantage.
• Good knowledge in problem solving and good communication skills while working with tight deadlines and respecting quality procedures.
• Fluent English.
