CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
System Sales Analyst
The System Sales Analyst's primary responsibility will be to support with all relevant reporting the commercial team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Ensure the accurate and optimum daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting
· Preparing and controlling monthly bonuses
· Prepare Sales Force analysis needs
· Review bonus scheme based on needs
· Assist on different problems with the current system
· Prepare the monthly/yearly budget as per distributor/brand pack/promotor
· Follow changes on the system and bring innovative ideas to improve it
Skills & Qualifications:
· University degree in Business Informatics or Administration.
· Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in databases and data processes and analysis.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
· Managerial experience of leading a small team.
· Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
· Very good knowledge of English, Italian is a plus
· Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change will be considered a plus.
