A vacancy has arisen at Albaglobal Group shpk for an Interpreter/Translator of English.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the translator/interpreter performs the following tasks:

  1. Provides translation of written documents, including technical and legal documents
  2. Proofreads and edits written material
  3. Provides consecutive and simultaneous interpretation in conferences, workshops, trainings, etc.
  4. Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree.
Other qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interpretation and translation from English into Albanian and vice versa
- Ability to operate Windows applications, including word processing and e-mail
- Experience in office management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to organize and to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of other languages
- Keen eye for detail
- Accurate language/​grammar abilities
- Research skills
- Problem solving skills
-Ability/​desire to work as an individual, and also as part of the wider translation team.
