Tirana International Airport is looking to hire
who will report to the Legal Department Director of the Company
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
· Degree in Law.
· Candidates with Master degree will be preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in the related area, in particular Civil, Commercial and Labor Law, preferably from a reputable Law Firm in Albania
· Excellent knowledge of Albanian legislation and International commercial legislation, including EU legislation
· Able to produce readable high quality reports and contracts.
· Fluent in Albanian and English Languages
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Interpersonal effectiveness, drive to achieve, team work.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

LEGAL EXPERT

- Draft contracts and MoUs with any third party
- Provide legal research and legal opinion on different issues upon request
- Following legal issues related to the Concession Agreement, local and international law and drafting different correspondence to third parties
- Keep and draft the minutes of the General Assembly of the Shareholders of the company
- Assisting the other Divisions and Departments in their applications for licenses and authorizations
