Trainer


Job purpose: The Trainer organises training sessions (Induction, OJT, Regional and General), develops a strategy to improve and develop the sales and the sales representatives performance.


Main job accountabilities
  • Increases the efficiency of sales through improvements on sales skills of sales forceVisits, monitors and evaluates the performance of the shops.
  • Conducts Induction Trainings for new comers, replacements of leavers, staff promoted;
  • On the Job Trainings, Regional Trainings and General Sales Trainings.
  • Organises Mystery Shopper and in collaboration with the relevant agency analyses, evaluates and reports the collected data.
  • Produces periodic reports as requested
  • Will be responsible to generate/review procedures and ensure their correct implementation.
Profile Requirements
  • Required University degree
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English is essential
  • Experience as a shop representative in a shop related to the telecommunication environment
  • Excellent knowledge on retail sales business environment
  • Excellent, clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to gather, interpret and communicate information clearly, as well as to take initiative
  • Natural communicator that feels comfortable speaking to groups.
  • Capability to create one-to-one relations.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to achieve successful projects, a sense of humour and approachability
  • Ability to drive all over Albania and visit Vodafone Albania shops
