- Thorough knowlegde of all factors of sales operations in it's area.
- Identify key prospect and prioritize business initiative to deliver the greatest value of the company for the area is covering.
- Develop annual sales plan with clearly defined objectives and target market for his/her area.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software.
- Use data from different sources to identify issue and quickly the central or underlying in a complex situation.
Good communication skills both in English and Albanian languages.
