Tasks
• Follow up of POS, Prima Extra Bonus and Installment program/ contracts and or annexes;
• Increase the number of partners for loyalty (bonus) and installments with 0% interest;
• Increase the number of actively used POS terminals and the market share;
• Periodic analysis on POS, Prima Extra Bonus and Installment program profitability;
• POS pricing and activation;
• Follow up collaboration agreements for payments;
• Payment products (direct debit, postpaid utility bills, traffic fines, school fees) maintenance and development: terms & conditions, contracts, manuals, procedures, branch support, etc.;
• Increase the number of actively used directs debits and the market share;
• POS and payments related issue/ request/ project;
• Market research for POS and payments.
Requirements
• Acts in accordance with the instructions and within authorization limits set by Cards & Payments Department Manager.
• Good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.;
• Good command of English;
• Strong marketing skills;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners;
• Excellent skills for planning, organizing, managing time, and setting priorities;
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, listening and communication skills;
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, needing minimum direction;
• Ability to find creative solutions to problems and workflow processes to enhance efficiency and quality;
• Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports;
• Ability to learn and adapt fast;
• Able to work overtime as may be required by the job.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following preferred: Bank Management, Business Administrations, Economics, Economic Informatics, and Bank Finance or similar.
• At least 2 years work experience and 1 year experience in related fields in banking.
