EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an international company, active in 29 countries worldwide, specialized in strategic consulting activities, strategic marketing, web and multimedia, telemarketing and CRM, is currently recruiting a Content Moderation Agent.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and validating advertisement content using custom-made internal tools.
  • Collaborating closely with our Support and Content Moderation teams based in Europe and South America.
  • Ensure all content complies with internal policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and escalate potentially sensitive or non-compliant material to senior moderators or quality teams.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality user experience across the platform.
Requirements for this position are :
  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) this is a must.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts (08:00–22:00), including weekends and public holidays.
    In rare cases, availability might be required up to 01:00.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
Work Conditions & Benefits:
  • Work schedule organized in rotating shifts (99% between 08:00–22:00).
  • Extra hours, work on Sundays and public holidays are compensated according to the Albanian Labour Code.
  • MBO (Bonus based on performance) 10% of annual gross salary

  • Hybrid workplace (2 days of remote working) Monday & Friday
  • Training wallet (300€ annually)
  • Salary 85,130 ALL Gross / monthly
