· 3-5 years experience in Sales / Business Development.
· Experience in B2B and B2C.
· Experience to convince consultants.
Skills
· Experienced in Power Metering, Electronics.
· Excellent Networker.
· Able to transfer product features / advantages into added value (client benefits).
· Able to work out the routes to market in the different business segments.
Knowledge
· Market Know How (e.g.: Building incl. Datacenter, Industry, Power Utility).
· Gridcode Know How.
· Power Quality Know How.
· RCM (Residual Current Measurements) Know How.
· Communication options: Modbus, RTU.
· Database mySQL, MSSQL.
· Fieldbus and Ethernet competences.
· Practical touch points/ experience in SCADA systems, DCiM, BMS.
Expectations
· Technical Advisor to clients.
· First level support.
· Spec-in of Janitza products in the dedicated markets / market players.
· Training and seminars for clients.
· Marketing activities (Branding, advertisements where it makes sense).
· Regular Reporting of projects and business figures.
· Reporting of opportunity pipeline.
· Able to travel within Italy and to Germany.
· Work out the value proposition in the markets.
· Maintaining / manage a local stock.
· Localize marketing material and manuals.
· Languages Italian and English.
Place of work: Lazio - Italy.
Full time working hours.
