Retail and Soho Sales Operations Specialist

Purpose of the position: Retail Operations Specialist prepares relevant reports of the department.

Main Duties:

  1. Follow up all steps in SAP program to create the VAT Invoice for the Company products toward Distributors and transfer stock from Warehouse to shops.
  2. Increase and maintain the purchased distributors top up amount.
  3. Follow up stores and sales force with issues related to system problems with relevant departments.
  4. Create new stores and users in the systems with relevant departments.
  5. Send information to the network regarding commissions, bonuses etc.
  6. Monitor the original contracts (for acquisition and retention) process.
  7. Support the business sales representatives for any request on customer’s details, like tariffs, payment behavior, profitability analyze and others.
  8. Maintain and update the databases of sales network and soho customers.
  9. Ensure a pleasant and professional environment for our sales force and partners: presenting a positive department image to the sales force.
  10. Other duties as requested.


Education: University degree
Experience: At least 1 years of previous experience on the field
Required skills: Excellent analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and time management. Very good communications skills. Good command of English language. Ability to offer sound and fast solutions, and to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Available to work overtime.
